World-Class Entertainment

Since our opening in 1962, the most influential acts in music history have played the Arena. More recently, we’ve hosted the biggest contemporary artists in music; including: Bruce Springsteen, George Strait, U2, Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Beyoncè, Jay Z, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Hank Williams, Jr., Sir Elton John, Black Eyed Peas, Carrie Underwood, and Ozzy Osbourne.

Why does the Arena easily sellout crowds? The Arena’s location in downtown Baltimore is central to three major metropolitan areas. The size and configuration of the venue allows performers to connect with the audience on an intimate level while still providing the seating capacity to comfortably accommodate an enormous crowd. Going forward, we will continue to provide Baltimore’s deeply rooted fans with the opportunity to see the biggest acts in the world.

The Royal Farms Arena not only hosts the world’s top musical acts but also provides world-class family entertainment. Radio City Christmas Spectacular Christmas Tour, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice, Monster Trucks, Blue Man Group, Arenacross, Sesame Street Live, WWE, and The Wiggles are just a few of our perennial family favorites.

The Arena has also opened its doors to fans of Cirque du Soleil, gymnastics, tennis, closed circuit boxing, Professional Bull Riding, and UFC. We are also home to MISL Champions, the Baltimore Blast.

The Royal Farms Arena can create a variety of stage settings ranging from intimate to full house events. The Arena can accommodate 2,500 to 14,000+ patrons. The floor can be set to cater to either reserved seating or a general admission area.

Marketing and Public Relations

The Royal Farms Arena has a full-service Marketing and Public Relations department available to advise and assist you with event marketing, media buying and promotions. As a part of our service, we distribute publicity photographs and press releases in hard copy and electronically to over 500 media outlets in the local and regional area including Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Delaware. The Arena will publicize your event on its website (featuring audio and/or video capability), our social networking sites, indoor and outdoor electronic marquees and scoreboard. E-mail blasts can be sent out to over 30,000 members, and trade opportunities are offered to over 200 outlying publications and radio stations.

Box Office and Group Sales

The box office will assist promoters in scaling the house; providing accurate CAD drawings. We furnish all necessary Box Office personnel, including a “day of show” Event Manager, ensuring smooth event operations.

In addition, the Royal Farms Arena has personal one-on-one coordination of event outings for community and professional groups for annual family touring shows, such as Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Sesame Street Live, Disney on Ice, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus as well as select sporting events.
